PHUL is a great 4 day power-building program. However, I want to workout 6 days per week. Should I reduce volume, just do the same workouts on the extra days or do entirely new workouts? Any advice is appreciated Update: Did it for 2 weeks. Too much intensity. Going back to PPL.
